Everyday I wake up and am eager to further my education as well as better myself physically. I work extremely hard to do so, regardless of all the time I have to sacrifice. This can be shown when it comes to beating the early bird in the morning before school so that I may attend meetings, go to tutoring or finish projects all before first period. It is also seen in the hours after school of practicing for sports and once more, the additional hours after practice I must put in stay up late studying as well as doing my homework, so I may keep my grades high. As a leader you must guide those who look up to you and must convey to them the correct way of doing so. I live daily as a leader inside and outside of school. In school I am a leader on all my teams, classrooms, and most importantly, JROTC. When I am in athletics or with my team I always make sure to set a good example for them and being sure to go all in, the cougar way. In the classroom I volunteer to read outloud, when no one else will and show to others they can too. In JROTC I am apart of our battalion’s leadership staff. It is my job to vigorously represent the corps of cadets. I am a big face for JROTC and it is crucial to keep a good reputation for myself because whatever actions I partake in reflects back on the corps. Leadership is utmost important in my day to day
