Improved perception of product
If Frydays were to follow this, they would be able to improve the perception of their products to a wider population of customers on a national basis. For example, Frydays can use Facebook, Twitter and YouTube and this will allow them to post what products they offer. This will benefit the business as customers would see what the business offers and they may be attracted to it. People that see the posts which the business makes on social media would spread the word of what the business offers and this could be a new food product which the business has started to sell. Frydays business would be able to communicate with their customers to provide customer service and make sure that they are fully satisfied with the product. The business would respond to any negative feedback which the customers had left behind on the social media page and they would be able to do this over the internet rather than in person. This means that the business would be able to communicate with their customers and provide customer service from one platform which is the internet. The business would deal with inquiries or complaints in a friendly and helpful manner and with this communicate the problems can be dealt with and solved over social media. The customers which follow the Frydays social media page will be able to post on the home of the social media. Frydays business would use social media and they would be able to see what the customers are posting and this could be reviews of the business. This would be left on the comment sections on the posts which the business makes and the customers would directly message the business. The business would want more responses on their page as this would gain the business more attention. To do this they may host a giveaway competition and people would have to post on the businesses page to take part. This will allow Frydays to build a better relationship with their customers and they would be able to attract a wider target audience. When they build the relationship they would be able to encourage these customers to purchase the products which the business offers. The business would hope to gain responses from their customers on the posts which the business makes and this could be on the media content which the business
