The Germany National Youth Policy on the other hand, focuses more on creating fair chances for young people, developing higher demand with reduced space of time as well as enabling the youngsters to look with confidence to the future. In addition, both policies also differ in terms of its execution where Malaysian Policy has a higher emphasis on education and training of the youth while the Germany Policy on the other hand, focus more on other fields of knowledge instead of educational programmes and training.
