Goldilocks Diary Entry
Dear, diary today, I’m going to tell you all about this one time I was going to my grandma’s house, it's not just an ordinary story, enjoy!

It all started so typically, I was going to my grandma’s house to give her some treats for her (because I didn't get to see her in a while). Before, I left the house, my mother told me, “Don’t talk to any strangers and go straight to grandma’s house” I responded, by saying, “Mother I know, you don’t have to tell me every single time I go to grandma’s house.” “I know, I know” she replied. “I’m just saying because last time you were almost eaten alive by a wolf ”she said. The sorrowful thing is grandma got eaten alive, but “At least she was in one piece and got spit out” she replied.
“Now come on, time to head off and don’t forget what I told you!” she yelled as I ran off into the woods.

So I sprinted behind and I couldn’t believe my eyes it ...was Goldilocks for the Three Bears! She sprinted towards me, and of course she, was out of breath from, running. Then she looked at me mystifying, from head to toe, then, got excited and yelled your LITTLE RED RIDING HOOD I nodded. So I’m Goldilocks from the Three Bears and you, probably don’t know me, but I’m a huge fan of you my grandma always tells stories about you she told me. Well, actually I do know you I ‘m also a huge fan of you, Alice in wonderland and the Three Little Pigs. Really me too, she replied, so you must me going to your grandma’s house to give her treats if it’s fine with you and if I am not a stranger to you. Sure, it’s fine with me, I responded, so as we were walking she told me a lot about stories when she met the Three Little Pigs, and I was telling some stories

Dear Diary (entry two), things have not gotten better; in fact they might have worsened. Ralph called a meeting to discuss how nobody was doing his assigned tasks, and instead they were running wild or playing around. Then he threatened us saying that if we do not keep the signal fire we will be stuck on the island with the beast. I do not know how I feel about the beast but I do know that it is causing me a lack of repose. The stories the littluns have told about the beast sounds pretty compelling, however I don’t presume there is a beast. Piggy told me that “Life id scientific, that’s what it is…I know there isn’t no beast” (Golding 76). Piggy is extremely intellectual, so if he said there is no beast there mustn’t be a beast. I do have an uncanny feeling that if there is a beast it is Jack or he is secretly doing something malevolent. I do sense a tension between…

For twelve years I got to see everything she did. We went to Disneyland once! It was awesome! My favorite ride was Splash Mountain. First, we went into the boat thing. Markie was in front of us and Randall behind us. They are her brothers. We creaked up the slope and turned left. We went to the right and through a short tunnel. Small figures were everywhere, as we slowly went up a steep hill. When we got to the top water was all over the place. I had wondered why. KA-BOOM!!!!!!! We were going down the biggest hill ever! Water was getting in my hair. Markie, Lisa, and Randall were screaming at the top of their lungs. Thirty feet, twenty feet ten feet, SPLASH!!!! I got so wet, that I wouldn’t have to take bath for a month! The water was up to Lisa’s feet in the boat. It was slow for the rest of the ride, but there was a lot of chatter going on, but mom ands dad looked scared. “Want to go on It’s a small world?” asked Helen. Melvin just nodded.…

In Kate Chopin’s “The Storm,” we see a multitude of literary themes. The most important among those is her use of local color. This short story was written in the late nineteenth century at a time when women were to be seen, not heard. Chopin had a different outlook on life and it showed in her writing. Though some believe it may not have been her intention to use local color in her stories, she does. We see local color in the setting she chooses, the descriptive colors she uses, the plot of the story, and also though the narrator’s eyes.…

The date was June 14, 2034. I was flying to London, England with my private jet. It was a beautiful day. The clouds were puffy and white, the sun was shining, and there was no wind. Then all of a sudden, there was a lot of turbulence. The plane was going crazy going left, then right, then back to the left. My pilot told me to not panic and that everything is going to be fine, but I was having cold feet. The turbulence became so wild, the pilot announced that the plane will have to land on the nearest ground.…

Two parents, Jenny and Bob Miller, are both well educated and rich. They have two children, James and Andrew, who are both stricken with muscular dystrophy. The prognosis is that their muscular systems will gradually deteriorate, resulting in an early death. Yet the advances of medicine hold out the promise of a possible cure in the foreseeable future with gene therapy. Closer to hand is the possibility that embryonic muscle cells from normal individuals might be injected into people suffering from muscular dystrophy, which could bring about partial relief for James and Andrew. There are risks, however, as with any experimental method, such as the possibility of immunological rejection of the foreign cells.…

We were so happy, I started explaining to her where we were, how the place looked like and that there was a big garbage can, as I explain tears dripped from my eyes. We hugged each other, cried, and stayed put right next to the garbage can. We finally saw my mother’s silver BMW car. We slowly walked towards the car, making sure that it was my mother or one of our parents are in there. I then saw my mother did something with her hand, I know what that meant to hurry up, I told my little cousins to hurry up and get in the car, we ran as fast as we could towards the car and got in.
