Have you ever thought about if the Gods and Goddesses of Greece are real? Gods and Goddesses are not proven to be real or not. Many people have theories if the Greek gods and Goddesses were made or even real or not. Many people believe that the Greek gods and Goddesses were created for the Greeks for their spiritual and religious beliefs. In addition to that, those same people also believe that the Greeks created the Gods to understand why the world works in certain ways. The Ancient Greek people went out of their way to worship their gods. Greek mythology is spread in a vast array of ways including myths, stories, art, a large mass of pottery and vase paintings. Many movies and books from modern day time are written, and filmed about Ancient Greece, and their gods. In conclusion, Greek gods and goddesses are fun to study, great to do research on, and incredible mythical creatures from Ancient Greece.
Poseidon was the second son of the almighty Titans Cronus, and Rhea. In addition, he had five siblings, that included Zeus, the god of all gods, Hades, the god of the underworld, Hestia, the goddess of architecture, Hera, the goddess of family and marriage, and Demeter, the goddess of the harvest. He had no children with any of the other goddesses, he only had children with his wife Amphitrite. Poseidon had 7 children with the sea-goddess Amphitrite. Also, Poseidon’s most famous children include Triton, Theseus, Polyphemus, Belus, Agenor, Neleus, and Atlas. In addition, Amphitrite gave birth to other ‘children` such as dolphins and seals.
