Green Smoothies Research Paper
Even if you're an avid smoothie fan you might not have heard of green smoothies. You're definitely in for a treat if you decide to make one of these vitamin rich concoctions. You might even have the whole family finally eating those leafy green veggies.

If you haven't had a green smoothie before, you may be wondering what the heck it is. Well, there's no precise answer since there are lots of different recipes available. To put it simply, green smoothies are fruit smoothies that have leafy vegetables mixed in.

Eating greens is good for you, most of us know that. But even though that's common knowledge, a lot of people don't eat enough vegetables. There are plenty of reasons why, but the more commonplace reason is a lack of time.

Examples of greens you might use include: Lettuce, Spinach, Chard, Cale

If you love those ingredients you're probably ready to go. If your nose is turning up at the thought of drinking these you'll want to read on! It definitely gets better for those fruit lovers out there.

You'll want to mix some fruits up with these leafy ingredients. First of all, they help disguise the leafy flavor if you don't already enjoy it. Secondly, they add another burst of nutrition to the smoothie. Fortunately, there are tons of different fruits you can try.

Here are a few favorites: Strawberries, Blueberries, Bananas and Mangoes

By experimenting with different combinations, you will be able to come up something that you and the whole family will love. You'll even have an easier time getting your children on board to adopting a healthier diet.

Most people like smoothies because of how delicious they are, so it shouldn't be hard to persuade everyone. However, green smoothies are only as good as the recipes, so you'll want to read and compare different recipes as a starting point for developing your
