waterfall because I get nervous about the results and I wonder if this final result will help me in the future. The moment I saw the score, I was quite surprise about the result because I was never successful for any test and I notice that using time wisely prevent me to succeed for the tests. Emphasizing growth over time was an important role in my education life because I remember the time during high school, there was one teacher who taught us about time is like a raindrop falling from the sky in slow motion. Maintaining time and work was not easy for me to accomplish in life, but in order to maintain those things I created steps to complete work in time. Also learning new things is not a dreadful way to face the consequences.
In middle school I notice that I had a fixed mindset because I used to lie about my work being perfect than others and that people admires me for doing an outstanding work for class, but I manage to have a growth mindset at the sametime. Having both fixed and growth mindset was quite difficult because I didn’t understand what’s the purpose of having education in my life, then I realize that education make us learn or find a better way for my future. A program with many standards, started to communicate me to talk about my situation in school and I was quite confuse and shock about it because I felt as if I was different from others like a lonely dog trap by a cage and must face the consequences. So that’s how I ended up in a IEP program who supports many students who are having problems in their education life, just like me. After all those lessons about education is an important role in life, I’ve used growth mindset to accomplish anything in
life. In other words, promoting my mindset to emphasize growth over time than assuming that learning new things is not a dreadful way to lead me to a superior future. Overall mindset is like a rule that motivates me to do a better job than facing the consequences and to maintain those problems on my own will and mind.
