The introduction
A. Some changes I need to make for a positive future are to work out more days of the week and get fit.
B. I want to make these changes because I want to live a healthier lifestyle.
C. A specific behavior I would like to change would be I would like to work out 5 days out of the week consistently.
D. I will attempt to change this target behavior by motivating myself to go to the gym every day.
E. I will monitor what’s happening by counting how many times I go to the gym a week to make sure it’s at least 5 days out the week.

occurs more frequently when it’s at night and less frequent throughout the day.
G. Self-talking I’m using is to make sure all my homework is done before I tend to go workout and if it’s not done I’ll stay in and do my homework instead of going to the gym.
H. Specific behaviors that will help me reach my target goal would be having a big motivation and someone to push me to go to the gym every day. Time for the honesty:
A. The results of my baseline data were I barely went to the gym as I would have liked to because of homework and excuses.
B. One of my observation surprised me because I went twice that week when usually I would only go once and I pushed myself to get up in the morning which I usually do not work out in the morning at all.

Some of my recurring thoughts and feelings this week were that no matter what I really need to push myself too consistently to go to the gym and sometimes I need a motivator to motivate me.
D. Self-talk trends I was having were after I finish my homework I was going to go to the gym.
E. I didn’t receive help from any library assistances.
F. Yes, the target behavior has changed I’m starting to go to the gym more and more often each week.
My inner thoughts:
A. Things that are likely to get in the way of accomplishing this project would be me.
B. I could sabotage or resist the process of pursuing this project by not punishing myself when I don’t do my target behavior as I should.
C. I am very committed because this has always been a goal of mine I just always held it off and procrastinated.
D. I will demonstrate my commitment by recording the amount of times I go to the gym on a weekly basis.
E. Some abilities, strengths, and skills I already have are I’m very hardworking and dedicated to anything I put my mind to.
F. People that would support me in pursuing this project would be my roommate Billis and my friends, family.
G. Other resources that can help me would be workout techniques.
H. The types of reinforcement I’m willing to work for are going shopping and partying with my
friends.
I. Punishments that I’m implementing for not honoring my contract conditions are not being able to be on my cellphone for.
