The physical health of someone could cause problems as someone may leave someone out of doing something as they may think their unable to do it, this is discriminatory practice because it isn 't treating someone fairly.
Someone with mental health problems can be discriminated against because someone may have stereotypical views against them, this may be though thinking that because someone has a condition such as bipolar they may lash out and hurt them or be incapable of understanding a situation and making their own decisions, whereas this may not be the case. The professional could treat them differently and may not realize this, and therefore isn 't promoting anti-discriminatory practice as they are being discriminative.
The health of the professional could also prevent the promotion of anti -discriminatory practice because this could be due to stress as the professional is stressed and has a large workload which may end up with not giving the service user time and talking to them about situations due to the stress.
