How Did The Industrial Revolution Affect The World
Have you ever thought about how you have what you have now? The Era of The Industrial Revolution from 1750 to 1830 had a very big effect on the world because mostly everything we have now was invented somewhere. Many things are being invented still. Modern inventions, education, and modern buildings were some of many important inventions. There was many other objects and laws that have affected our world now, good and bad. Also there was many problems from working condition to working wages, and women rights. This is just the tip of the iceberg.
Some of the positive effects that The Industrial Rev. provided were modern inventions. Some of the positives inventions are telephones, lightbulbs, cars, and X-rays. These 4 things are very commonly used everyday by the world. Also modern buildings were a big part of the world because this lead to building nowadays like the Empire State Building and many others. This modern building of buildings had to start somewhere and good thing it did or we probably wouldn't have a place to live, a place to learn, or even a place to sleep. Another very important invention is Education, Without this all of us wouldn't have a sense of knowledge at all. Back in The Ind. Rev. was not all smiles it was a very dark age as well. These inventions had some very dark stories behind them. Child Labor was one of the darkest things that ever happened. Kids were forced to work in the factories without any type of care for them. Parents would not be able to see them till they were done. Children would work because the parents had no money to support them. Children faced many dangerous challenges. Factories were not cleaned and there was a lot of heavy machinery and back then there was no shoes to keep from getting injured kids would get mainly there hands and feet crushed by these heavy machines. Many children would get sick and could not continue working due to their
weakness.
In my opinion I really don’t like how they did things back then. There is many things I would change if I would have been raised during The Ind. Rev. I would have tried to make a difference, especially avoid making little kids work in factories. I would have made grown men that don’t work and that are not so little anymore. I would have addressed kids with no shoes. I think that is just cruel and they don’t even care if the kids lose limbs working in those factories. There are many things i would have done different this was just the tip of the iceberg.
