“In order to shapeshift you must understand the basic parts of the inner animal, such as its bones and muscles. Why? Because in order to properly transform into an animal, you must concentrate on each part of your body changing. For example your hand turning into a paw. So I will teach you the different functions of bones and body parts in a bear and then you will practice concentrating on turning into a bear, focusing on each part of your body shifting into a bear. According to the Merriam-Webster dictionary the word monster is defined as an imaginary creature that is typically large, ugly, and frightening. But is that what our modern day society really believes a monster is? Through time what people expect to see in a monster has changed. When you think of how people originally thought of aliens and vampires, you realize it’s a lot different than what we think of them today.
