Finding the right place to exercise is very important. If a person can find the right atmosphere to exercise, then it can be that much more enjoyable to exercise. There are many places that people like to go and exercise. Some of these places include a gym, a park, a residence, a quiet neighborhood, etc. A great place to exercise is at home. Many people love exercising at home because you have privacy and it’s indoors so you don’t have to worry about people watching you exercise and making you feel uncomfortable. On the other hand, many people prefer the gym atmosphere because it allows them to lift weights, and meet new people. For me, exercising at home is the best place to exercise, because it’s quiet; you can set a schedule, and you’re in your own home. The first reason why I love to exercise at home is because its quiet and I don’t have to worry about other people watching me work out. At home I feel really quiet knowing I have my iPod plugged in and concentrating on running and lifting. To Illustrate, I had a really bad day at school a few weeks ago; I failed an exam, and I had an argument with one of my friends. After school that day, I went home and hit the gym, and I felt so free. The gym’s quietness and being alone was really all I needed to help forget about my day. Another reason why I love to exercise at home is because you don’t have to set a schedule for what time your available, you can work out anytime you want. Furthermore, not having a set schedule is really comfortable because it can be any time of the day or night and you just feel like hitting gym you can. For example, the other day I was working on a mid-term for another class and I lost track of the time and I always work out around 5 o’clock but I lost track of the time and so when I was done it was around 10 o’clock and most gyms close right around that time, I tend to follow a set schedule but since I’m working out at home I can work out whenever, I can choose

My life is an unusual one. My work schedule has me getting up before the sun rises and getting home before lunch time. After I get home, my time is mostly occupied by my two year old daughter. Then, I cook dinner and usually go to bed before the sun sets. Because of the nature of this lifestyle, there is not much time for things like exercise or any other physical activity. Do not get me wrong. I do participate in some mild physical activity associated with chasing my daughter around outside on a nice day or inside when the weather does not cooperate, but I would hardly call that exercise. On top of that, because of my daily routine, I do not have time to really concentrate on what I am…

The United States prison system enacts a policy that allows them to incarcerate more prisoners than any other country. That policy is called mass-incarceration. The United States prison systems should reallocate their money to focus more on correction than on life-long punishment so that taxpayers save money and potentially transform life time prisoners into productive citizens. The economics behind prisons have changed over the past four decades.…

Experts believe that having regular physical activity can boost your self-esteem. Help you sleep better, and help make you look and feel better during the day. I can go to a doctor's office right now and have him do a check up and he would tell me I'm perfectly healthy. My blood pressure is good and my cholesterol levels are good. That is not the same for everyone though. Most people will go to a doctor's office and they're told that they are over weight. The food they are eating everyday is making their bodies sick. That they will more than likely have a heart attack by he age of 50 if they don't watch their diet and eat healthier. This is a sad fact about the society we live in, but this is true. Then again I do work in a labor intensive job. Where I'm required to keep up a physical status and stay healthy. I go to the gym almost every day of the week and when I don't go I have at the least one hour of physical training in the morning to help stay in shape. Most people…
