Germany seeing Russia mobilizing declared war on Russia. France was then drawn opposition to Austria-Hungary and Germany. Then, Germany attacked France through Belgium which causes Britain into war. Then Japan entered to Axis Power in 1940. Nearly after a decade, Italy and the United States enter on the side of the allies. There were several justifications that led to the beginning of WWII. A few of these reasons were the Great Depression, which was one of the main cause for United States to enter the WWII, the Rise of Nationalism, Treaty of Versailles, Fascist Party, Nazi Party, and the emergence of leaders such as Hitler, Mussolini, and Hideki Tojo. Approximately 875,000 citizens went missing including soldiers and innocent citizens in Allied Powers; Serbia, France, and Great Britain. It is estimated that the cost of World War I cost directly about $186 billion and another $151 billion in indirect costs than any previous war in history.
