I was with my friend, Andy Martin. Andy had been my friend for about 5 years now. Point being, I was able to trust him. I was always able to trust he’d look out the greater good for both of us. I knew he was good for his word, but most importantly I was able to trust him to remain respectful in my household. Family is extremely important to me, and the way someone acts towards my family is fundamental when determining the kind of person they are. Everyone was acting mature and was remaining respectful. I was very happy with the way things went. That is, up until I woke up in the morning. The realization that Chase was the only one not at the house didn’t give me the greatest feeling in my stomach. At first I thought maybe he had to leave early, until my mom came down asking, “Corey, where the hell is my camera… and wallet.” I had no choice but to believe the only person missing from the group had to have been the culprit.
