The complications caused by the consumption of Junk Food
In the last 40 years the rate of obesity has tripled due to the excessive consumption of junk food which contains lots of fats, sugar and calories. The article, “Junk Food at School: Is it

Also, the article, “Food Fight “ by Dora Rodriguez explains that young adults should consume the nutritious foods needed for there body to function correctly. Junk food should not be allowed at school because young adults are not responsible enough to make healthy choices and it leads to life threatening illnesses, adds lots of calories from fat, and can and should be replaced by fruits or healthier snacks.
Many young adults don't consider the dangers that come with the daily intake of junk food. The daily consumption of junk food can lead to precarious diseases . The American heart association confirms that “Obesity has a serious impact on health.
