The leadership skills I have learned have impacted my life in several ways. One way it has motivated me has been working with my family. I am the oldest child, with 3 younger sisters, and leadership comes naturally to me. The 4-H leadership program has helped me to become a better brother.     I have the tendency to not have enough confidence in myself to make decisions without a lot of input from others and permission seeking.
