M2 The Effectiveness Of Two Different Teams
M2 – The effectiveness of two different teams.
In this assignment I am going to talk about the effectiveness of two different teams. The other team I am going to talk about is Yonas, Marlon, Derek, Sedorf and Hooman, our team was me, Rashan, Jasmine, Chloe, Mako and Chenice.
Our team product is a Handy Umbrella that can be used at night time so that drivers or whoever is operating a vehicle, the features of this product consist of reflective panels so that drivers can see you at night because its more than likely that their awareness is going to weakened and not to mention built in electric heat extractor so when you’re holding the umbrellas it will slowly release heat to warm your hands, the mechanism is battery operated.
The other teams product is Temp Sox, which is, socks that change temperatures according to your body, for example if your body were to be cold the Temp Sox would notice this and warm you up. On the other hand if you were feeling hot the Temp Sox would notice this and cool you down.
The two teams were built by a selection of our own choice but keeping this in mind both teams selected each other through similar interests and skill sets but mainly because of people wanting to match up with their friends or someone they talk to.
Our team was built was by having similar interests and knowing what we want to do to achieve a goal like for example we all speak a lot and not to mention we all know how to get the best out of each other, even though some people in my group don’t speak to one another that much we still manage to get the tasks done.
I think my team was similar to Yonas’s team as both teams made sure everyone had a role and came up with a good product. However I believe Yonas’s was much more organised as they made group decisions as a team and it was a democracy, our team did not do this our leader made all the decisions.
