Management in business is one of the key factors that have influenced considerable changes. Without the management, business or an organization cannot prosper. Managing in a business ensures that every operation within a business is completed. Also, managing an organization is the only way that determines the performance of the business. However, managing a business requires the ability from professional leaders. Therefore, in order for a leader to manage the business they ought to have or posses traits of leadership. Leaders require employees in order to attain their objective and play their part. Managing is one of the considerable aspects required in the growth and development of organizations. There are some factors that can be used in analyzing the shaping and driving forces that impact the development of new managing agendas. In order for an organization to attain sustainable development, leadership and management of the organization should be appropriate and well implemented. There are different ways in which I can be a resource to my leader. The leader can use me to employ the ideas and ability that they have for the development of the organization. It is the responsibility for a leader to be in control over workers. Therefore, it is my responsibility as a worker to ensure that my assigned duties and responsibilities are complete. After I complete, it is suitable to inform the leader that I have completed my tasks. The connection between the leader and a worker is considerable because it ensures that leaders are working together in the development of the organization. In order to hold the leader to be a good leader, I will give him advice. First, I will ensure that the leader is motivational.
