I have taken the initiative to present you my candidature for the Master course of
Information Studies: Business Information Systems. My decision to pursue my studies has been prompted by the need to extend my knowledge beyond the level of my previous MSc and thus to acquire the necessary academic background for fulfilling my personal and professional goals. As a Master student my interest lied in the study of educational leadership, management and policy at different levels of education systems and my aim was to develop my ability to analyze the major concepts, processes, tasks and issues associated with the management of educational institutions and the formulation and evaluation of education policy. Even though I gained extremely valuable knowledge at University of Amsterdam, as a job seeker I figured out that I need to gain extra knowledge in the field of Business related to Information Systems and that is the main reason I picked this particular master program which I am absolutely sure will help me become the perfect candidate in my future career search.
