Team Ground Rules and Guidelines
What are the general expectations for all members of the team?
My general expectations for the group is that everyone contributes and do the part they are asked to do, or that they have picked to do. Communicate no matter what.
The team works together. If a member needs help or runs into difficulties with their part of the work, ask for help.
Expectations for Time Management and Involvement
(Participation, communication with the team, accessibility, etc.)
My expectations are for people to join in and do their parts, and if they need help or have a problem to address it with the group and don’t let it harm the group as a whole. Keep deadlines that are set.
Ensuring Fair and Even Contribution and Collaboration
What strategy will you use to ensure that all team members are contributing and collaborating appropriately? Describe the communication strategy you will use if a team member is not contributing and collaborating effectively. How will the team manage conflicts between team members?
We should look at the work and discuss what each of us is willing to contribute to the project. We should be very open and willing to talk through the projects as needed and if any issues should arise and something cannot be completed by the person that it was assigned to, tell us before the day it is due so we have more than one day to get the job done.
Special Considerations
What do you, as a team, agree will make this team experience different from past team experiences?
As long as we each do our part and keep everyone informed of what is going on, if something is going to be late or what not we need to know.
