My Partner's Presentation Report
REPORT
THE OBJECTIVE: To help partner more effective in future presentation.
In this report I would write the positive attributes and the attributes requiring the improvement. This would help my help partner more effective in future presentation.
POSITIVE ATTRIBUTES: I am going to discuss the positive attributes of my partner presentation. There are many positive attributes of my partner presentation.
1. Firstly the most important thing in presentation is audible voice. During presentation the voice of my partner was clear and audible. The voice was audible and receiver received all important information from sender and decoding easily. This is the one of the basic principal of successful communication.

Planning and practice: The planning and practice are the most important tool that make our presentation interesting. My partner should plan and practice the presentation before faced the audience. By practice he will get confident and nervousness during the presentation. By practice my partner will know what I have to speak in front of audience.
2. Explain key points: During presentation my partner was reading the slides. He was not explain the point properly. This was not transmitted the all information to the receiver and presentation period. My partner should elaborate the point in brief so that all the information should be transmitted to the receiver and receiver can decode accurately.
3. Use fact with restraint: The some information in the slides was not much important, so he should the fact with restraint and remove all the unnecessary information from the slides that is general and important. During the presentation presenter should tell that information to the audience which is new.
4. Use room space: I will recommend to my partner that he should use the room space properly. In his presentation I had noticed that he was moving at one point. He was not using the room space
