My Trip To Florida-Personal Narrative
One dark vague morning I awoke, to rays of sunlight beaming down on my face. I slowly begin to smile as thoughts flowed into me like a river. I jumped up with excitement as I realized we were going to Florida. I grabbed all my bags that I had packed the night before and laid them beside the door.
"Ready, We should get going before it's too late." My dad crackled. I smiled and thought to myself," I never have been more ready in my entire life!" Alright let's get going then. I bolted to the car and impatiently waited for my dad to unlock the car. As I heard the wonderful noise of the lock snapping open, I imagined how Florida would be. The moment I opened the door I zoomed into my seat and slapped my seatbelt over me as fast as

I raced to the car and we swiftly drove off. I looked at the sign and it read Orlando, but I didn't realize that we were in Florida so I laughed and said, “Georgia has the same city?” My dad laughed and said, “No silly we are in Florida.” My eyes popped open so wide and I was extremely excited to be in Florida. It was exactly one hour for us to get to Disney World so we just enjoyed the scenery until then. When we finally got there we were happy to finally be in Disney World. The moment we got there we had fun and did so many things. Once we left Disney World we drove straight to Miami Beach. It was stupendous; I've never swam in the ocean, so I spent like an hour or two swimming and we continued our journey to the southernmost tip of America; Key …show more content…
Florida had beautiful looking oceans and cool vegetation. There were so many keys to pass to get to Key West that I even lost count of how many there were. "There it is," I stammered, " We are finally there at the last; Key West." What would we do? What would we see? These are all good questions that popped in my head when we arrived. Me and my dad did so many things such as riding jet skis, lying at the beach, gift shopping, and we even ate at a fancy restaurant.
Me and my dad had so much fun there and we loved everything at Florida. That was probably one of the best days of my life. I am sure my dad felt the same way. Hopefully we can go back there one day. Until then, I will never forget the time I went to

I wanted to be there be in the Florida sun and feel what Joe had been talking about for the last week. He had told me and mom that when we reach Florida you can taste to oranges in the air and smell the ocean for miles away. Mom sat in the front seat, she was beautiful, the envy of the whole town all the men stared at her as she walked by. She is tan, skinny, and toned, her long blonde hair tumbled down her back in perfect curls almost making the effect of a waterfall. The way she carries herself, the way she could light a cigarette with one swift motion. Then there was Joe, he reminds me more of a Ken doll, he had big muscle that showed through his shirt and he had short hair from the war together they were like beauty and the beast. Then there was me people always told me I was beautiful but until last summer I never notice that when people said I was beautiful they just lumped me together with me mother, it kind of went like “ Sure your beautiful kido, look where you came…

I have lived all my life in sunny Florida. I have always been a little different. While most of my friends were playing basketball or baseball I was tinkering with electronics and repairing or improving any item that came my way. I learned a lot from my older brother, who taught me everything I know about computers and technology. When I was a sophomore in high school, my brother and I worked together to build my own gaming computer. I have had a passion to learn as much as I can, so that I can be the best that I can possibly be. I was bullied as a child for being different, but I knew that if I pushed on, I could achieve my…

To me Miami and adventure are synonymous; they’re both exciting and unusual experiences. I can go to the swimming at the beach basically every weekend because of the constant sunshine. Nothing compares to the aroma of the salty ocean or the way your feet feel when you sink your toes into the warm soft golden sand. Miami means I can visit the only Everglades in the world. It’s a rare and beautiful place that is home to thousands of animals, and it’s truly a unique sight that one should at least experience once in their lifetime. Living in Miami means that there is never a dull day because I can always go to a Dolphins or Heat game, see a new performance at the Adrienne Arsht Center, or walk around the Design District. It seems that the necessities in life are in Miami.…

One morning a long time ago, my mom woke me up early. “It’s time to go,” she said. Go, go where I asked? “Today, we are moving to Florida,” she said. My big brown eyes began to fill up with hot salty tears. I don’t want to go, I said over and over again. You and your sibling are going to be moving to Florida with me. Again, I cried aloud, I don’t want to go. Who will take care of me? Where will I sleep? And what will I eat and drink? Consequently, all of my pleas for mercy to reside longer with my daddy was ignored, and apparently fell on deaf ears.…

The summer of 2016, I organized a venturesome trip for my dad and I to share in the Florida Keys during the weekend of our birthdays. As a Floridian, I have traveled to many destinations throughout Florida; but never before have I gone as far south as the keys. Recalling the first time I visited the Florida Keys is one of my fondest memories.…
