My Writing Strength

Writing for me has never came naturally to me, there are some writers that are born with it and then there are some writers like myself who isn’t. don’t get me wrong I do have my strengths as a writer which consists of being able to take a topic and express it in detail with examples and sensory details. However, with that strength comes my weakness of punctuation which includes run on sentences, I tend to carry on a thought way to long and don’t know when to end that thought, or how to end that thought occasionally without losing the meaning behind the point I am proving.

After reading chapter 4 I was able to sit back and reflect on my own writing style. When it comes down to introductions they come easy for me. I don’t really have to put any thought to it because I know exactly what I’m going to say and how I’m going to say it. On the other hand, my intros tend to be long because I
So, I turned to writing because I was able to find solitude I loved writing, but I beat myself up every time because I feel like I lack on the punctuation side of things. I am improving every day, while some don’t enjoy having someone proof read and edit their papers I thrive for it. In my eyes I take the criticism and correct the paper because I lack in some errors that others don’t, the measures I am personally taking are to read more genres of books to get back in the style of writing, also going to writing labs since I feel my true weakness is just writing I can comprehend English it’s just the aspect of mind to pen to paper that gets me bogged.
