Parsittie V. Millersburg Case Brief
MILLERSBURG — A Wooster man has denied criminal charges he was in possession of methamphetamine when he was pulled over for a traffic stop in January.
Michael J. Parsittie Jr., 20, of 8150 Burbank Road, Wooster, pleaded not guilty in Holmes County Common Pleas Court to aggravated possession of drugs, possession of drug abuse instruments and driving under suspension.
If convicted, Parsittie faces up to a year in prison for the drug possession charge.
All three charges stem from a Jan. 16 traffic stop near the intersection of Lakeview Drive and Jackson Street, according to Chief Deputy Richard Haun of the Holmes County Sheriff's Office.
