Personal Essay: Eagle Project
I haven’t gone to many exotic places in my life. I go to California a few times a year but that’s not really exotic. A few years ago my brother was working on his Eagle Project. A eagle project is a service project that a boy scout organizes and completes to receive his eagle scout award which is one of the highest awards given in scouting. Anyways his project was to make fleece blankets and collect sports equipment, hygiene kits, and art/craft stuff. Our plan was to go to California and while we were there we would drive down to Mexico to deliver the supplies to an orphanage.

We left to go to California for Christmas to see my cousins and grandparents. We had a great time for the first few days. Then on Christmas Eve we left my grandparents
