developer/programmer. It is no secret that in order to enjoy life and perform well in my profession, I need to fuel my body.
Unfortunately, when it comes to nutrition, I have skimped and assumed for way too long. I have attempted to eat healthy yet, I have also
filled my body with plenty of "low grade" fuel. The result over time, I began to experience the physical consequences.
I knew how to find the truth, I simply chose not to do so. It was only after I started to notice significant health consequences that I
began to ask questions. Was it too late? Absolutely not however, I am becoming increasingly alarmed by how much I have learned. …show more content…
Genetically Modified Organisms (GMO's), "All Natural", "Organic", and Supplemental Nutrition are topics that I have placed in the
forefront of my everyday life.
In the past, I have listened to advice when it was convenient, and payed no attention when it was not. I
have ignored advice from health conscious individuals, even doctors. I only have to look in the mirror to see the reality of my choices.
I want to share a bit of what I have learned about nutrition. And please, do not take my word for it. I encourage you to ask questions.
Look beyond the first few results from search engine queries. Seek out articles, papers, and documentaries that provide objective, expert
opinions, and references. Keep an open mind, use your intuition, and follow the facts.
For instance let's evaluate a common belief like, "Vitamins and Supplements make for very expensive urine". I have learned that we simply
cannot take this at face value. What I discovered when I dug a little deeper is that, this statement can be true. What I didn't know is
that, this statement is entirely contingent on the quality of vitamins, the type of vitamins (water vs. fat soluble), and the presence
or
absence of key elements in the body. Specific enzymes are necessary to process and absorb certain vitamins or compounds. Low quality
ingredients can be completely useless to our bodies. So if either one of these factors plays a role in the ingredients of a vitamin or
supplement, we simply pass the nutrients straight through our bodies. Were you aware of this? I wasn't. At least not until I found a
vitamin/supplement system that actually enabled me to feel the difference. As I began to experience the benefit in my quality of life, I
was inspired to learn more.
When I decided to learn about nutrition, I decided to start at the foundation. Where does nutrition come from? In organic form, nutrition
comes from the earth. Be it plant or animal, everything we need to be healthy already exists on this planet. The next question I
discovered, are we actually getting the nutrition that our bodies so desperately need? Ask yourself a question, "Do I feel good?" If the
answer is not "yes" most of the time, lack of nutrition is likely the root of the problem. By missing out on key nutrients, we set the
stage for cascading negative effects in the body.
Here is just one example. Let's look at plants (herbs, fruits, nuts, and vegetables). Anything grown from the soil, requires nutrients.
Plants use elements from the soil to produce the nutrients we consume to survive and thrive. In nature, the entire ecosystem supports the
replacement of vital nutrients to the soil, and we have a balanced "circle of life". Farming cannot support this cycle. The soil is always
being depleted and the solution for modern agriculture is fertilizer. Fertilizer is an artificial method for supplementing the soil and,
in theory, fertilization is a great concept. So where is the problem?
Organic, nutrient rich soil has at least 52 key elements and natural compounds that provide the necessary nutrients for optimal plant
growth. So why is it that modern fertilizer only contains three? Nitrogen - N, phosphate - P, and potassium - K, (N-P-K) are the standard
ingredients for commercial fertilizer. If we are only replacing 3 elements of 52, what we are left with is nutrient deficient soil.
Nutrient deficient soil leads to nutrient deficient plants. Is that beautiful red tomato in your refrigerator nutritious? Or is it
nutrient depleted? Is it fresh? We often assume so. Or, is your tomato grown thousands of miles away, in depleted soil, genetically
modified to be herbacide resistant, doused in weed killer, harvested green (before it is fully developed or ripe), artificially ripened in
a warehouse using ethylene gas, and shipped across the country to reach your super market? Wow, this is a lot to think about. How can we
possibly know for sure? We assume we are eating healthy fruits and vegetables. The sad reality is that we are eating produce that may
contain less than 40% of the natual nutrients that should be present.
It is alway best to get as many nutrients as possible from foods. That being said, it is becoming nearly impossible to do so. Sourcing and
purchasing premium, organic, raw, and whole foods is not always practical, and many families simply cannot afford to make this type of
lifestyle change. This is why I am thankful that I was introduced to a supplement that is effectively filling in the nutritional gaps. As
I pointed out above, our bodies need the right combination of vitamins, minerals, prebiotics, probiotics, and other trace elements. If
premium grade supplements are not formulated in a synergistic blend, we miss out on the compounding effect and our bodies are still unable
to utilize some of the nutrients we consume. Thrive, by Le-Vel is a supplement developed from a passion to source the highest quality
ingredients, and to deliver a simple, synergistic blend that will provide premium results. The difference truly is in how good you feel.
There is a "movement", created by Le-Vel, that has caused the vitamin and supplement industry to "shift". Le-Vel is the innovator of Derma
Fusion Technology (DFT). DFT has introduces the missing link. DFT is a patent pending method of nutrient delivery, and delivers a steady
supply of nutrients, all day, through the skin. The results from derma fusion techonology, when coupled with traditional nutrient delivery
methods, have been remarkable. If you are not "Thriving" yet, I encourage you to check out the thousands of success stories on the Le-Vel
