Creationism is the belief that the existence of the universe and the origin of life was created by a supernatural being, that goes by countless different names depending on the religion. Evolution is the gradual progression by which different kinds of organisms developed and diversified from earlier forms. Just because one agrees with the terms that the theory that evolution specifies, it does not necessarily mean that they are an atheist or don’t believe in a superior being. These all strongly support the theory of evolution. Neither theory is fully correct though. Even though both sides have numerous holes and gaps in their theories, the scientific evidence supporting evolution compared to that of creationism, it is clear that evolution has the advantage of evidence. Evidence, however is different from proof. Neither theory provides solid proof of its truth. Evidence is beneficial in developing conclusions, while proof concludes the whole matter altogether. If scientists had proof, theses ‘theories’ wouldn't be known as theories. There would just be one accepted fact of human origin. Nevertheless, the scientific evidence is crystal clear: The earth is about 4.543 billion years old, and all life has evolved from primitive single celled
