First, self-driving cars improve safety because they are definitively better drivers than humans in virtually all day-to-day circumstances. Eliminating human error from driving will be an enormous lifesaver and will reduce the number of accidents. Decreasing traffic and parking issues will save time and lessen the stress of city drivers, increasing workplace productivity. Though there remain some economic, technical, and ethical issues that society must iron out, I believe that self-driving cars will become the norm in the near
