Waking up early for school can be exhausting. I remember several times when I was late for school because I was up late doing homework and not getting enough sleep. Less sleep due to going to school early can actually turn a good day into a bad one. It can affect mood, your grades, and the local start times are way too early. First, if people go to school early and they didn’t get enough sleep.Often they can be grumpy and become effortlessly annoyed with others and may be difficult to keep you emotions in check.
