Practicum Goals

Those are the goals of this practicum, and I could work on and could accomplish them to date. I feel that I could work on most of the goals that I want to accomplish, and especially, I think I could work on improving my communication skills. Also, I think one of my proudest accomplishment to date is practicing introduction of child life services at pediatric floor, PICU, and surgery center. I still feel nervous and sometimes forget to ask some questions, but it helps me practice my communication skills, rapport building, observation skill, and assessment skill. I also could practice preparation and procedural support mainly at surgery unit, and I also practiced charting under the supervision of child life specialists. Through my practicum,
