He was a tall muscular man with brown hair and blue eyes. The day they meet though, was the best day of her life. She was on a voyage to get more silk and spices with her father when on the trade route, they came across Hammero. He was Sameck’s father, the one who introduced her to Sameck. Sameck looked just like his father. When she and her father met Hammero, he soon took them to his house. When they got inside the small cottage, Hammero showed them to the guest room. He said as long as they are on their voyage, the two could stay with him and his family.
“No, we can’t. We were just going to rent a cottage but thank you for the offer.” said Timotei Paulis, Jhanere’s father.
“Please, stay. We have this extra room and we wouldn’t mind the company. Us Aughestines’ are very welcoming! “Sameck!” Hammero squawked.
In a matter of seconds, Sameck came hastening into the guest room. The moment Jhanere saw him she instantly fell in love with him.
“Hi, my name is Sameck Aughestines. Nice to meet you.”
“Hi,” her voice cracked, “I’m Jhanere Paulis.”
Out of the corner of Jhanere’s eye, she saw her father and Hammero look at each other, then look at her and Sameck. Breaking the awkward silence, Hammero said, “If you two love birds are done, then I would like to go make lunch for the visitors.”
When Jhanere’s father went in the kitchen with Hammero, Sameck showed her around the cottage. He showed her where the bathroom was, and took her bags and put them in the guest room.
“There you go. If you need anything else my room is right across the hall.” Sameck said.
“Thank you kind sir!” said Jhanere.
“Do you need help unpacking your stuff?”
“No, I bet you have other things to do than help me.”
“Please! I am always glad to help. Especially someone as beautiful as you.” said Sameck.
