“In the United States alone, GMOs make up about 70-80% of the foods we consume. Most foods that contain GMOs are processed foods.” Gmo’s are in everything we eat. Everytime you look in your pantry or fridge you see foods that have been genetically modified to change the appearance, size, and taste. In order to genetically modify something it has to be changed by chemicals that are unhealthy and damaging to our body. 70-80% is too high. New laws should be made to lower the amount of foods that have gmo’s in it.

Meat that has come from a cow. What do those cows eat and what do their “farms” look like? What factory farms want you to believe is that these cows are roaming on a farm, free of and abuse and harm, being able to eat grass whenever they want. The horrible reality is that theses cows eat gmo corn and soy that is placed in front of them while their heads are restrained downwards forcing them to eat for hours at a time in order to fatten them up enough to sell. These creatures that are meant to roam freely and live long healthy lives but instead they live unhealthy, short, abused lives. The Gmo corn that is fed to the cows is corn that is grown on huge farms that is sprayed with pesticides, rodent killers, and gmos. The gmos are the chemicals in the corn that fatten the cows up in a shorter amount of time the cows live very short lives before they are slaughtered.
