The company I currently work for is Henry Ford Health Systems West Bloomfield MI. And the President is Lynn Torossian. Lynn has only been with our company since December of 2013. Lynn has several leadership styles that have made a positive impact on me. One of the leadership styles that Lynn uses is Participative also known as democratic leadership style. While Lynn has the authority to make the final decision for the company she still values the input of the team members, peers and fellow employees of the hospital. Anther leadership style that Lynn uses is the Transformational leadership style. I have noticed that in the short period of time that Lynn is a motivator. My initial self-personality assessment test suggests that I am very well organized, which is accurate. This proves that the assessment tests designed by our HR team is credible and can be used further for the rest of our members. My personality assessment also indicated my sensitivity to deadlines and my keen eye on details. Both are correct because I always follow instructions and make sure quality of the deliverables are at their best. The leadership roles I have had the opportunity of serving in developed me into the leader I am today. After Matriculation I was a timid and indecisive leader. I questioned all my decisions and found it difficult to trust others. I looked for opportunities to blend in and not challenge myself as a leader. When I joined ROTC I still had some of the same reservations in my leadership abilities.
