3. What are the major resonseabilites you have in this postion? With this job I have many responsibilities a main one is confidentiality o the client, sometimes wanted to tell others what going is what you want to do, exspeically if its something tragic thats happened and you want to share. Another responsibilty is communicating with the parents or gaurdians, I work with only kids under 10 years of age and sometimes they arent opened to speaking about whats going on.

Do you feel like you are making a difference in you position? Yes, I believe I have made the differeance in many childrens lives How so? I can see it in their actions that from working anf talking with them that they have changed and are getting better, I have some kids I see every week and they have grown attached to me and its a good experience when they come to me even if its for a bad situation
10. How do you interact with co-workers? I have many co-workers that are very helpful to me, sometimes I need advice from them to help me with a client, they can always be a goof friend to talk to as well and are a jo to be around.

In this one case I had a child thats parents were divorced and the dad could only see the child twice a month. When the hild would come in each time after visiting the father she would cry and say her father hurt her, after some investigation we found out that it was actually the mothers boyfriend that was hurting her and the mother wanted the child to complain about the father so that the mother could get all visitation taken from him, witht this case I actually had to go to court with them over all of
