CHAPTER I
1. INTRODUCTION
The continuous innovation in technology, no doubt that it has a great impact in the lives of many people. Because of a lot of advantages and benefits that technologies promised, that’s why they learn to adapt this kind of system.

The computer age had been implemented, especially in the field of business. Many businesses company are using the computerized process as a medium of their transactions. The commonly process that we know in a company is the way they recorded information.

A computerized Record Management and SMS System is a part of enhancement in the process of recording information and sending a notifications, it can probably use it, in several kind of businesses in order to have more convenient, accurate and fast transactions of data.

This study wants to give information on how does this system works and if it is really reliable to be implemented.

A. BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY
Nowadays computer is one of necessity of people because of the fast processing of information.This electronic device is also a medium of many business sectors to have a good service and to stay competitive.

The Verneeka Face and Body Center was four year’s operating, this skin center was servicing a client by doing some treatment. The said center was currently using a manual process in terms of recording the information of the client by writing it down to an index card and storing it in fill in cabinet. They also have a notification for those clients who can avail their discount and free treatment via SMS.

The team 3GB was decided to make a computerize Record Management and SMS Reward, to be able to enhance the manual system that Verneeka had. This proposed system provides an easier way in managing the records to be more secure and convenient to use and by the means of SMS they can inform the all clients that have reward points simultaneously.

B. STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM
