PORK BARBECUE
SERVING SIZE: 70 g
NO. OF SERVINGS: 20

INGREDIENTS:
1400 g. Pork Loin, cut in small pieces

For the Marinade:
2 cup soy sauce
Lemon juice from 1 piece lemon
2 cup banana ketchup
2 onion, minced
4 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoon ground black pepper
6 tablespoons brown sugar
15 cloves garlic, crushed and chopped

PROCEDURE:
1. Combine pork, soy sauce, lemon juice, ketchup, salt, ground black pepper, brown sugar, onion and chopped garlic in a mixing bowl then mix the ingredients well. Make sure that all ingredients are properly distributed.
2. Marinate the pork in the mixture. Make sure to refrigerate the marinade to avoid contamination. Allow at least 3 hours for the meat to absorb the flavors.
3. Skewer the sliced pork using a bamboo skewer or stick.
4. Grill the pork until both sides are done. Use the leftover marinade as basting sauce.
5. Serve with spicy vinegar. Share and enjoy!

Garlic Fried Rice Recipe
Serving Size: 1 cup
No. of servings: 60

INGREDIENTS:

60 cups cooked rice
20 cloves garlic, minced, 10 cloves, for extra use
5 tbsp. salt
3 tbsp. ground pepper
2 tbsp. butter or margarine
5 tbsp. oil

PROCEDURE:
1. Heat pan with medium heat. Add oil and butter/ margarine.
2. Sauté garlic until turns into golden brown. Then add the rice. Mix until well blended.
3. Add the salt and pepper, mix again. Until cooked.
4. Top with extra garlic and parsley. Ready to serve.

Tocilog Recipe
Serving size: 70 g tocino, 1 cup garlic fried rice, 1 egg

INGREDIENTS:
For the Tocino:
1400 grams Pork loin, sliced into 1/4 inch thick
175 grams brown sugar
2 tbsp salt
4 cloves garlic minced
1/2 tsp of Red Food Coloring (substitute to Saltpeter)
5 tbsp soy sauce
Garlic Fried Rice
Sunny-side up egg.

PROCEDURE:
