In order to implement a new restructuring of the hiring process at General Mills Canada, you must do an audit of the current hiring practices. Next, you must start to structure the hiring interviews in a way that provokes a behavioral response in the potential employees being interviewed (Appendix: How Google Works Summary). This will be structured as a behavioral event interview, as stated above.
As for logistics of the interview process, General Mills Canada has to implement a 30 minutes per interview policy, in order to get the most efficient behavioral questions answered and not to waste the prospects and recruiters time (Appendix: How Google Works Summary). Next, you must implement a maximum of 5 interviews per prospect because studies
