The Summer Scholars Program at Ohio University seems like the perfect opportunity for me to achieve my goal to become a physician. As a first generation, Korean-American, non-traditional student, I hope to get a glimpse of what attending medical school means before I make the significant commitment. Having gone through the ups-and-downs of being a student, I want to be completely convinced that medical school is the path I want to take.
