I. HISTORICAL BACKGROUND OF THE COMPANY
Tiles have been a popular material for interior and exterior decoration due to their aesthetic appeal, as well as their durability and easy care. There are some benefits of using tiles such as cleanliness and versatility, fire and water resistance. That is why tiles are used in buildings, churches and mosques, restaurants and shops, hospitals and homes. Tiles can also use as cover to walls and floors, roofs and pavements, furniture and stoves and Lucban Tiles Center has been committed to provide the people with quality and complete home finishing products by including different brand of floor tiles, bathroom wares and PVC Doors.
Building commercial and residential infrastructures in Lucban and nearby town is fast growing and one of materials used are tiles. Because of this, the demand for tiles increase that’s why Lucban Tiles Center was established by Mr Anthony Marquez, a retailer of home finishing materials and accessories. It is only established in Lucban that focused in tiles and related products like toilet accessories such as water closet, showers, toilets doors, lavatory etc. It started with a humble beginning in 2002 as a floor tiles retail store in Balintawak Street, Brgy 7 Lucban, Quezon. In 2008 they put up another store in Rizal, Avenue Lucban, Quezon. As of now Lucban Tiles Center is stable and successfully operating business.

II.
