MEMORANDUM

Subject: River View Plaza/DigiFast

An in depth review of our organization’s needs and concerns has led me to an idea that would not only benefit our company and its employees, but other tenants and building owners.
The proposal is to attract a deli/coffee shop that would be situated on the first floor. This would provide easy access for other companies in the area and also provide an additional break area for tenants and their employees.
A deli/coffee shop would bring outside business into the building and would expose those individuals to the services of the tenants. It would also provide the business owners with an additional amenity to attract future tenants,

I believe that Dailia Flores the Vice President of Design and Development is correct in her assessment that we should update our location with more modern décor. CBS broadcast the television movie Walker, Texas Ranger: Trial by Fire, produced by Paramount Network Television (now CBS Television Studios), on October 16, 2005. Chuck Norris, Sheree J. Wilson and Judson Mills reprised their roles, and Clarence Gilyard shot a cameo for the movie but was not featured due to the filming's conflict with a long-planned family vacation. To fill the void, Judson Mills, who was not in the original script, returned to reprise the role of Francis Gage. Nia Peeples, who played the role of Sydney Cooke for Seasons 7 and 8, was also not featured in Walker's return to prime-time television. The explanation given was that producers decided not to follow much of the original Walker Texas Ranger series, as to give the movie…

I think a major open door for Chris and Erica's eatery, is their objective client base. They have the chance to build up a strong client base, just so they don't just meet expectations but exceed them in areas of customer service and quality of food. It sounds like their menu will predominantly comprise of produce and different items from nearby farmers, and I imagine that component will speak to the neighborhood clients. Chris and Erica could also provide a catering service that delivered to the nearby businesses and organizations. This will be extremely helpful, and could give the Corner Café an edge against nearby eateries that don't give this administration. In my office, we have providing food from a nearby eatery in any event once every…

My concept is for “Jay’s” a NY style Pizza place in Bell Town an urban neighborhood in Downtown Seattle which is right next to the Pike Place Market. I would be located amidst a block that has four bars that are fairly rowdy in the evening. During the day and early evening though the common traffic are office workers, tourists and local residents. . I want the atmosphere to be like the pizza places I grew up with on the boardwalk on the Jersey Shore, When you walk in there is an open line around the ovens with three guys throwing pizza dough and building pies, Behind the front counter will be a selection of about five pizzas available by the slice, and a take no crap employee at the register to take orders and ring you up. To the right and behind the line I want to have small dining room with about eight tables with table service for lunch and dinner till 11pm with a full menu. It offer six signature pizzas, 5 apps, 5 salads, a couple dessert options and a limited beer and wine offerings. There are two primary behind my idea. I want to have what this city doesn’t have, an east coast style pizza place that has the feel, attitude and Pizza that will attract customers because it is authentic. . The actual location I have in mind has a place next store called Shorty’s which is a Coney Island themed pinball place with hot dogs and a full bar . With this locale and choice of neighbor it would be a fun part of downtown for folks to come to get their East Coast fix. The market which is untapped here and has great potential is there is a lot of post bar goers amuck looking for fast yummy food. I will close the dining room at eleven but till three am, I want to serve pizza by the slice, and a selection of other delicious portable snacks To accommodate the guests , there will be a small area in front were you can stand and eat and there will be a few tables outside by the sidewalk to enjoy your food.…
