The reason is because the freelancers at this point is being selfish or they might not have done his job well. Therefore asking for a nice feedback is such a case would not be ethical. But still if you offer a revision along with asking for the feedback actually saves you from bad ratings and order cancellations. Why? Because when you offer revision, it actually gives the confidence to the buyer that he can ask you to modify the work to meet his demands if there’s any problem in your work.
When you modify and fix all the problems, then more is the probability that the buyer would be happy and satisfied with the work you deliver. In the result of which you receive 5 star ratings and a nice feedback. Which opens up the doors for new jobs to land.
I suggest to be very tactful while communicating with buyers on Fiverr even if you are trying to convey a negative message, you need to be very tactful so that your words do not hurt anyone and you do not lose your customers. With my personal experience in freelancing world, I can conclude that right communication is the only to tool that satisfy clients and attract them to work with you repeatedly.
