T.E.A.M. – Together Everyone Achieves More!!!

I. Common Goals:

* * We want to successfully pursue the MBA program and make the most of our time here in every aspect. We want to leverage the MBA program as the next step towards a great career and leave an impact in the UNC Kenan-Flagler community. * * * We want to support each other so all of us can successfully complete the program and achieve our individual goals, as well as understand the concepts taught in class.

II. Core values:

* We all highly value integrity. We plan to live up to the values of the UNC Kenan-Flagler community and to the Honor Code. * Being respectful towards each other is very important for us. We come from different backgrounds and cultures and hence need to be sensitive regarding the diversity of our group. * We value learning, and we want to truly understand the concepts so that we can use them in our future careers, rather than just “getting through” the classes.

III. Potential obstacles:

* Conflicts with career activities, interview schedules. * Long commutes for some members. * Different sleep schedules (some are morning persons some are night persons; this might lead to conflicts for some assignments)

IV. Ground rules and Accountability:

* Be on time - punctuality is important * Be reliable - the group can only achieve its goals if everyone honors their commitments. * Be productive - every member of the group should contribute to the team assignments and to our projects. * Be time efficient - since time is valuable in the program we need to be as time efficient as possible * Stay up-to-date in coursework and do all the individual
