reminds me about my experience studying aboard. When first time I travail to a country that has different language and different people names, I found it difficult for these country’s people to pronounce my name. Most of them have never heard about me name and when I tell them about my name, they mispronounce it. Only a few people who can pronounce it correctly, the rest of them will pronounce it close enough to understand it. When I went to school, things gotten worse because there are multiple nationality. Both my teachers and my classmates found difficulties with my name and that this in turn causes me embarrassment most often. So I start to the as Gogol did witch whenever I hear someone face difficulties pronouncing my name, I stop them by pronouncing it to them. In turn, I discovered that I also face the same difficulties that people face with my name. In my class there are students from China and Japan who is their names were the most difficult for me to pronounce or remember. For the first time I realize how much of difficulties they face with my name while I was thinking it easy to pronounce. With time, I realize that most of the chines students have two names, one in chines witch their real name and one in English. So I start to think about founding an English name that familiar for most of people. After a second thought, I ended up not by finding a new name but by shorten my name to the last four letters. Yet it is still difficult for foreign culture.
