The Problem Of Armed Violence

There are many problems that need to be solved. Some of those problems are crime,

education, and the environment. If enough people join together we can make our community and

the world a better place. There are many problems today involving crime, the government, and people around the

world. I feel that guns aren't needed because if you and someone else have a problem, talk to

them about the situation with them. Overton said, “Where there are no guns, there are no gun

deaths. A simple and practical way to start impacting armed violence is to try to stem the flow of

illegal guns. To tackle crime effectively communities need to be consulted on the problems they

face and how to tackle them” (Overton).

There are many problems
in our educational system that need to be solved, so that kids

can get the best education possible. There should be more schools so the schools won't be

overcrowded and the students can concentrate better. Rainwater said, “Concerns about

universities, school funding, and infrastructure were raised” (Rainwater).

The environment is a very important place to keep clean and safe. More people are littering

and harming the environment. Elgl said, “Roadways should definitely not be ignored as they are

one of the biggest concerns around America. If public transportation will be able to ease all of the

congestion in the next few years there will be less pollution in the air” (ELGL).

These are a few of the local problems and solutions that need to be solved in our local

community.
