Mechanotherapy is a treatment using hand and instrument methods used for smoothing, pressure and stretching to improve cell metabolism, hep blood circulation and pain.
Hydrotherapy is a treatment using warm water to help relieve pain and stiffness in the muscles and joints.

Paraffin wax is used to help various conditions for example Arthritis, Inflammation, Fibromyalgia, Rheumatism, and stiff joints it also restores suppleness and moisture to the skin. Paraffin wax had been known to help the promptness of healing pain in the joints and muscles. Paraffin wax is used mainly on the feet and hands but can be used on any part of the body.
Paraffin wax should be applied to a cleansed area of the skin you can apply it using a brush on the area to be treated, the more layers you apply the longer the heat lasts, you can use plastic liners on the feet and hands to insulate the heat and you can additionally use hand and foot mitts to help retain the heat.
