Three Simple Ways to Change Our Attitude
Three simple ways to change our attitude:
1/ Change the way we think: Our thoughts create our feelings and attitudes which, in turn, dictate every actions we take in life. If we have negative thoughts, it tends to control our feelings and subsequently our actions which would come out negative also. When we could start taking control over our negative thoughts, then it will leads us powerfully to control our emotions. Taking control of our thoughts and emotion require a lot practice and self-discipline before we could see some positive outcome. 2/ Spend less time with negative people: We all would know several people in our life who moan and complain about life. They aren't bad people, but they have chosen to see the negative side of everything. Being around them can make us feel saddened and discouraged. Thus, we should try by changing the subject or gently challenging their negative points of view with our positive one. If you are a good advocate, you are not only able to change yourself positively and productively, but you may also be able to give a positive influence in return back to them too. 3/ Never wallow in the past: Dwelling over the past is just a great pain and it won't help us get it back at all. So, learn from the past, let it go, forgive yourself, change, and move on. Focus on the here-and-now, what you need and what could benefit your life today. Remember that our lives are meant to be lived forwards, not backwards. If anyone could implement these three easy steps, s/he will soon be on the way to living, not only a more positive and happier life, but also a successful life. Successful people are mindful to not indulge in negative thinking, socializing with negative people nor focusing on the

In my self-directed behavioral change project, I encountered a lot of difficult challenges and obstacles in reaching my ultimate goal: a better night’s sleep. My goals for this behavioral change project were to establish a proper sleep and bedtime regimen, getting a full-night’s rest and ultimately feeling more alert and energetic through the day. My main goals were to improve my sleep cycle/regimen by getting the necessary eight hours of sleep I need every night and waking up in the morning feeling fully rested and not sleepy, tired, or groggy at all. This is what I set out to do and I recorded all the times I went to bed, times I’d fall asleep, times I’d wake up in the middle of the night, and times I’d wake up next morning. I recorded all of my observations and occurrences for two weeks and noticed some positive change in my bed-time pattern. I was able to get the necessary eight hours of sleep every night and felt a difference the next day.…

I am interested in researching motivation because I have a very large interest in my own personal motivation. All humans are significantly unique in their own way. What makes them unique is the ability to express what they want in life. What they want can be as diverse as eating food to becoming rich. It is the drive in their motivation, and the feelings and emotions that they feel during their drive that makes humans behave this way. That is why this topic is so interesting, in my opinion.…

In order to turn the mind toward the positive, inner work and training are required. Attitude and thoughts do not change overnight. Think about its benefits and persuade yourself to try it. The power of thoughts is a mighty power that is always shaping our life. This shaping is usually done subconsciously, but it is possible to make the process a conscious one. Even if the idea seems strange give it a try, as you have nothing to lose, but only to gain. Ignore what others might say or think about you, if they discover that you are changing the way you think.…
