Going through this process is one thing but being underaged is a problem. Teens who want to go through this process should be restricted, since they are minors and it can cause problems to their mental health. The adolescent brain is not fully developed until the age of 21. Further more, the frontal lobe which is associated with higher thought process is not fully developed at 18 and under.
