The following is my creative thoughts on how each of these characters would respond to the question ‘What is justice’?
What is justice?
Joker
I find it strange that I am thought of a crazy, dangerous and maniacal, yet a man in flying around is a Batsuit is not. It’s crazy!! Hahahahaha. This my dear is what they call injustice. Injustice is ripe throughout Gotham, cops and lawyers hand in hand with criminals. Yet, they would not dare cross the Bat……Man. Justice is thought of as pure, angelic, and clean. In my time I have seen our street be ruined by criminals. I can’t even go to my favourite bar without being mugged on the way home. My son had his phone stolen from him, he saved up for months to buy it with his own money. We’re living paycheck to paycheck, I cannot afford to buy him a new one. These thugs rule the streets and the police do nothing. Is this justice? This is why Batman is true justice. He is returning the streets back to us, the law abiding people of Gotham. This is why I am inspired to clean up our streets too. I will fight the scum of Gotham because that is true justice. Together if we unite we can take back our fair city.

Justice is all we have. As people of Gotham we must unite, using the law to bring these criminals down in an organised, honest and fair measure. We must not bring ourselves down to their level, but rise above them. I trust in our justice system, I believe it to be fair. If we work with the boundaries of the law, the good with always prevail. In relation to the Batman, although I do not condone his actions, at least he is standing up for Gotham. Gotham should be proud that it has this Dark Knight watching over it. However, we the time comes the Batman will have to answer to the law just like the criminals.
