Incident: Vehicle Theft
Reporting Officer: Ronjovie ardiza Date of Report: 05 April 2001
At about 1040 hours on 5th April 2001, I met with Ms. kristine ragasa at sta.cruz laguna regarding a vehicle theft. Ms.martinez said she parked her car by a parking meter outside 7 eleven at about 0945 hours and went into a nearby shop to return a faulty torch she had purchased the previous day. She said that when she returned to 7 eleven at about 1000 hours, she discovered her car was missing.
Ms. martinez described her car as a maroon, 1999 Mitsubishi Eclipse with a black convertible roof. The car registration number is GTL-682-P. She estimated the value of the car at ₤8,500 and said there were no distinguishing marks or items.
Ms. martinez told me she locked the car, but she does not have the keys. She now believes she may have left the keys in the boot lock after removing the faulty torch from the boot. Ms. martinez said she gave no one permission to take her car, and she is up to date with her loan repayments.
I conducted a survey of the crime scene but found no items of evidence. I saw no broken glass in the area, and there were no items to retrieve or photograph.
I obtained a sworn statement from Ms. martinez and provided her with the case number and Information Leaflet 99/07 ("What to do when your car is stolen"). I entered the vehicle into the station database as a stolen vehicle. I also searched the area but was unable to find the

Because of this piece of paper Lenaris followed the green Cadillac who had the same license plate number that was on the piece of paper handed to him. The forensic aspect of the Pamela Foddrill case made the differences between the theory and the reality of criminal investigation very apparent. When Foddrill’s body was found in December of 1995, the cause of death was originally ruled as violent trauma, indicated by the “broken and splintered nasal bones and fractures to her neck” (Course 69). A few years later, forensic pathologist Scott Wagner said that Foddrill’s injuries, while harmful, were probably not fatal, and the cause of death was changed to blunt force…

On Thursday, June 9, 2016 at around 8:00 pm, I, Sergeant Bever was patrolling the College Park neighborhood area. I observed several vehicles at the Pure Gas Station located at 2218 Ladnier Rd and some were playing music loud enough that could be heard over 100 feet away. I pulled into the parking lot of the gas station to address this and witnessed a black male nervously walk away from a white Lincoln Town Car parked in front of the business. A Mississippi antique tag (200664) was displayed on the Town Car and was ran through NCIC. The tag came back to a 1978 Red Buick car and registered to Joseph or Orquidea Harris of 11499 Acorn Dr, Gulfport, MS 39503. I then pulled into the car wash next to the gas station and waited for the driver to return and leave so I could conduct a traffic stop for having a switched tag.…

At 2:50 pm on November 9th, 2015, we got a call about a theft from Scott Carpenter. This was at 123 Main Street and the theft was of his car, a cherry red 1967 Ford Mustang licence plate JEP-097. Mark and I arrived and Scott invited us in and told us that he was calling around to find his car. Scott came home after his night-shift and the Mustang that he parked along the side (front) of his house was missing. Cathy walked in shortly after we arrived and she was gathering her belongings. She stated she took the Mustang and was no longer together with Scott. Scott and Cathy admitted they have been fighting and Cathy was upset about Scott’s working habits, to the point she felt like she was being ignored by him. Scott did not want Cathy leaving…
