Weightlifting Benefits
School activities are as good as gold. A great activity offered by schools is weightlifting. First, it is physical education and very beneficial to one’s health as they become young adults. Second. The class has a leader or coach, to help us follow the guidelines and not hurt ourselves trying to do way more weight than we are capable of doing. We just have to read the board and follow instructions that way we do not have to think of what well do on the next set of weights. It Is very disciplined, plus we are pushed to better ourselves the we would push oneself working out on his own.
Last but not least, everyone in the class shares the same interest. One is not going to feel left out by not sharing the same interest as one another. As I have stated sharing the same interest as one another makes making friends a ton easier than if you did not have any of the same
